By using RCVR, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Service description
RCVR provides fitness tracking, readiness scoring, recovery insights, and workout guidance. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a healthcare provider before starting a new training programme, especially if you have a medical condition.
Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under your account.
Subscriptions
RCVR Pro subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to access other users’ data, reverse engineer the service except where permitted by law, or use RCVR for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
RCVR, including its design, text, and software, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or redistribute the app except as allowed by the App Store licence.
Limitation of liability
RCVR is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for injuries, health issues, or damages resulting from use of the app or following its recommendations.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of RCVR after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
